You can view a list of recently opened documents, or open documents in the Application Menu when no first-level item is selected.
- To view a list of recently opened documents, click Recent Documents.
The recently opened documents list displays in the right pane of the menu.
- To view a list of open documents, click Open Documents.
The open documents list displays in the right pane of the menu.
- To change the file icon next to the files in the list, at the top of the list, click the drop-down, and choose small or large icons, or small or large images to see thumbnails.
- To make a file in a list active, click it.
