Suppress sketch pattern or element in pattern

1. In the browser, select the sketch, right-click, and then select Edit Sketch.
2. Select the sketch pattern geometry to suppress.
3. Right-click, and then select an option. The selected geometry determines the options.
   • Nonpattern geometry: Click Delete to remove the selected geometry.
   • Pattern geometry:
     • Delete Pattern Remove the entire pattern.
     • Suppress Suppress selected pattern geometry
   • Nonpattern and pattern geometry:
     • Delete Remove nonpattern geometry.
     • Delete Pattern Remove the entire pattern.
     • Suppress Suppress selected pattern geometry

Suppress individual pattern elements when creating or editing a pattern

1. In the Pattern Sketch dialog box, click More, and then click Select
2. Click the elements to suppress.

   The selected elements change to construction geometry.
