Individual override to bend order in flat pattern

  1. On the ribbon, click Flat Pattern tab Manage panel Bend Order Annotation . The Bend Order glyphs appear.
  2. Click any individual Bend Order glyph. The Bend Order Edit dialog box appears.
  3. Click the check box to the left of the Bend Number input field. The field activates.
  4. Enter a number to replace the displayed sequence number.
  5. Optionally, click Duplicate Number if you want the selected bend to share a sequence number with an existing bend.
  6. Click OK to accept the override and close the Bend Order Edit dialog box.
  7. When the bend order sequence is acceptable, right-mouse click and select Finish Bend Order from the context menu (or click Esc). All Bend Order glyphs are removed from display.

Changing a higher number in the sequence to a lower number causes the sequence numbers between the former lower sequenced bend and the new lower sequenced bend to resequence by incrementing. Changing a lower number in the sequence to a higher number causes the sequence numbers between the former higher sequenced bend and the new higher sequenced bend to resequence by decrementing.

Note: Click the X in the title bar of the Bend Order Edit dialog box to discard any input and close the dialog box.
Tip: Apply individual overrides when you are specifically concerned with the bend sequence of a few bends. When you are concerned with the entire bend sequence consider using either a Directed or Sequential Reorder.
