Library Splice

Displays properties on selected library splice definitions.

Access:

Ribbon: Cable and Harness tab Create panel Create Splice , click Properties.

General tab

Name	The library name of the selected splice.
Category	The category in which the splice is organized, if applicable.
Part Number	The part number for the selected splice.
Number of Pins	The number of pins on the splice.
Embedded Length	The default embedded length of the selected splice.
None, Range, or Fixed	Displays whether a range of values or a fixed value is allowed for the gauge or size of wires inserted into the splice.
Min Gauge	When set to Range, displays the smallest gauge for the wires inserted into the selected splice.
Max Gauge	Displays the largest gauge for the wires inserted into the selected splice. When set to Fixed only maximum gauge is allowed.
Min Core Size	Displays the smallest core size as a diameter for the wires inserted into the selected splice.
Max Core Size	Displays the largest core size as a diameter for the wires inserted into the selected splice. When set to Fixed only maximum core size is allowed.

Custom tab

Name	The entered property name. Click in the input area to enter a new property, or if available, click the arrow to select from the list.
Type	Data type for the selected property. Click the arrow to select a data type from the list.
Value	The value for the selected property.
