Saves the parts list or table to an external database, spreadsheet, or text file.

File Name |
Specifies the name of the external file. Enter the file name or select an existing file to replace it. Note: The name for a DBF file cannot be longer than eight characters.

Specifies the type of external file to use. Click the arrow, and then select from the list. |

Table Name |
If the file type is Microsoft Access, specifies the name of the table. If the file type is Microsoft Excel, specifies the name of the worksheet. Not used for other file types. |
