Split sketch curve

Split curve entities into two or more sections.

In a 3D sketch, split curves to an intersection with a face, work plane, or surface.

1. On the ribbon, click Sketch tab Modify panel Split .
2. In the graphics window, pause over a curve to preview the split, then click to complete.
3. Right-click to switch between trim and extend. Continue to split curves.
4. To quit the Split command, click Esc , or click another command.
