Sets the options for running multiple processes with Task Scheduler.
- Access
- In the Task Scheduler window, main menu, click Settings Multiple Processes.
- Activate Multiple Processes
- Turns on or off the multiple processes functionality.
- Number of Processors:
- Indicates the number of processors available, which can be 1 or more.
- Maximum Processes:
- Reflects the maximum processes to run at the same time, which can be up to 16.
- Physical Memory
- Indicates the physical memory available on the system
- Maximum Combined Memory Usage
- Designates the maximum memory that all the Inventor processes, at any given time, are allowed to consume. Set this value smaller than the physical memory value to avoid swapping. If the combined virtual memory exceeds the value entered, no additional processes start.
- Abort when Physical Memory limit is reached
- Specifies whether to stop the start of a new process when the physical memory is reached.
