3D Sketch Bend dialog box

Using the Bend command, you can manually place tangent corner bends on 3D lines.

Access

Ribbon: 3D Sketch tab Draw panel Bend

Sets the radius for manually created bends in 3D sketch lines and included 2D geometry.

Radius value

Sets the radius for manually placed bends in 3D lines.

Equal command

The command is selected by default. Successively placed bends of the same radius are constrained to each other. Cancel the selection to prevent automatic constraints.

Note: The 3D Sketch Bend dialog box is not available for automatically placed bends.

• For the current document, set the default radius for automatically placed bends on the Sketch tab of the Document Settings dialog box.
• Set the default create behavior for bends on the Sketch tab of the Application Options dialog box. Select the Auto-Bend with 3D Line Creation check box to create bends automatically.
• Set the default radius on the Sketch tab of the Document Settings dialog box.
