- In the Task Scheduler dialog box, task list, select one or more tasks.
- Either right--click, or click File Export Errors to Excel.
- In the Export Errors to Excel dialog box, select All Tasks, or specify multiple task types from the drop-down menu.
- Move the filtered tasks to the right column for export of the errors, and then click Export.
- In the Export Errors to Excel save dialog box,:
- Browse to a location for the Excel document.
- Enter a name for the Excel document.
- In Excel format, click Excel Workbook(.xlsx) or Excel 97-2003 Workbook(.xls).
- Click Save.
A dialog box displays progress of the save operation.
- When finished, click OK.
The spreadsheet displays.
