Open an Intent command window, and use Batch processor to verify that you can check out a license by running it with the –v argument:
If there is an error about checking out a license, the license server is configured incorrectly.
After installing, confirm that Intent Session Manager Windows Service is running by checking Administrative Tools->Services:
