3D Gas-assisted Injection Molding analysis supports multiple gas cylinders

The 3D solver has been enhanced to support multiple gas cylinders for analyses of the Gas-assisted Injection Molding process, including both Fill and Fill+Pack analysis sequences. Gas profiles can be specified by pressure or volume.

The analysis screen output has been modified to accommodate the individual gas profiles. Now a line of text is shown for each gas controller, including the current gas pressure and volume percent associated with the gas controller.

Note the following limitations of the current implementation:

• The 3D solver is not able to handle the case that gas regions from separate controllers join together. The analysis will stop with a warning if this occurs.
• Automatic gas profiles are not supported.
