Tooltip Issues

Symptom: The tooltip window does not close properly when you exit the tooltip. The tooltip window remains on screen.

Issue: This issue sometimes occurs when ToolClips™ (mini-videos) run within tooltips on a system that uses multiple monitors.

Solution: To eliminate the tooltip window, do one of the following:

• Use the Windows Task Manager to end the process AdFlashVideoPlayer.exe.
• Restart the software.

To prevent ToolClips™ from playing in the future, set Tooltip assistance to Minimal, as follows:

1. Click Options.
2. On the User Interface tab, for Tooltip assistance, select Minimal.

   The software displays only brief descriptions of tools, suppressing the display of additional information, including images and ToolClips™. In-canvas tooltips display as usual.
