The following table describes each parameter contained on the Fabric Sheet Properties palette.
The parameters in the Construction section are read-only. To change them, you need to modify the System Family properties of the Fabric Sheet.

Construction | |
Cut Overall Length | Displays the length of the fabric sheet. |
Cut Overall Width | Displays the width of the fabric sheet. |
Additional Cover Offset | Displays an additional offset to the outside face of the fabric sheet. |
Location | Displays the location of the fabric sheet in the host element (either Top or Bottom for floors and foundation slabs; Internal or External for walls) . |
Major Lap Splice Length | Displays the length of the major lap splice. |
Minor Lap Splice Length | Displays the length of the minor lap splice. |
Rounding Overrides | Specifies the rounding parameters for the selected fabric sheet instance. This overrides the rounding parameters defined in the Fabric Sheet Type Properties dialog. Note: This parameter is available only if reinforcement rounding was specified in the project.

Cut Sheet Mass | Calculates and displays the total sheet mass. |

Comments | User comments. |
Mark | A label used, for example, as a shop mark. This value must be unique for each element in a project. Revit warns you if the value is in use, but allows you to continue using it. You can see the warning using the Review Warnings command. See Reviewing Warning Messages. |

Phase Created | Indicates the creation phase of the host element. See Project Phasing. |
Phase Demolished | Indicates the demolition phase of the host element. See Project Phasing. |
