When you initially make a request to borrow an element, you can check the status of the request in the Editing Request Placed dialog. If you close this dialog, and continue working, you can check to see if your request is still pending.
You will receive a notification message when your request is granted or denied. Note that notification messages display for approximately 30 seconds.
To view pending requests:
- On the Status bar click
(Editing Requests) or click Collaborate tab
Synchronize panel
(Editing Requests). - Expand My pending Requests.
If your request is listed, it is still pending.
