You can change the boundaries of a revision cloud. You can also change the line weight, color, and style of one cloud or all clouds in the project.
To change the boundaries and appearance of a revision cloud
- In a project view, select the revision cloud.
- To change its boundaries, do the following:
- Click Modify | Revision Clouds tab

(Edit Sketch). Revit enters sketch mode.
- Select segments of the revision cloud, and drag the endpoints to adjust its boundaries.
- Click Modify Revision Clouds > Edit Sketch tab

(Finish Edit Mode).
- To change the appearance of the cloud, do the following:
- Right-click the cloud, and click Override Graphics in View
By Element.
- Change the values for the Weight, Color, and Pattern of the cloud lines.
- Click OK.
To change the appearance of all revision clouds
- In the project, click Manage tab
Settings panel
(Object Styles).
- Click the Annotation Objects tab.
- For Revision Clouds, change the values for Line Weight, Line Color, and Line Pattern.
- Click OK.
These changes apply to all revision clouds in the project.
