Analytical Alignment

Analytical alignment encompasses a number of different options available in placing the analytical model in relationship to itself and other analytical elements. There are two methods of analytical alignment: auto-detection and projection. Analytical alignment is determined by structural element instance properties.

Setting analytical instance parameters

1. Select the structural element in the drawing area.
2. On the Properties palette, select the Analysis <Element> filter from the Properties Filter drop-down.
   Tip: You can also tab select the analytical model to access the analysis properties.
