Select Codes in the Job Preferences dialog tree to access the following national code listing.
The codes include.
- Steel/Aluminum - Click the arrow to select the codes for steel/aluminum structure design.
- Steel Connections - Click the arrow to select the codes for steel connection design.
- Timber - Click the arrow to select the codes for timber structure design.
- RC - Click the arrow at the end of this field to select the codes required for RC structure element design. After calculating reinforcement for these structure elements, you obtain the provided reinforcement area and distribution of reinforcement in an RC structure element.
- Geotechnical (foundation design).
If you select Eurocode, an additional (...) button displays to the right of the selection list; click it to open the Partial Factors dialog to edit material factors for code modules.
Note: Presently, the drop-down lists include only codes assigned to a given country (Regional settings set in the Preferences dialog). You configure the list by clicking the More codes button at the bottom of the Job Preferences dialog.
