Questions about applying settings?
Hide the blower housing and flow volume upstream of the blower (hold Ctrl while clicking the middle mouse button).
Select the blower part.
Open the Materials quick edit dialog in ONE of the following ways:
- Click Edit from the toolbar:
- Click Edit from the Materials context panel:
Material DB Name = My Materials
Type = Centrifugal Pump/Blower
Name = Blower
Axis of Rotation: Click the ... button
Click Z on the popout dialog.
Click the "..." button on the Inlet Surface(s) line. Click the Select Surface button. Select the blower inlet:
Click the "..." button on the Outlet Surface(s) line. Click the Select surface button. Select the outlet surface(s):
Note: The outlet is made up of a single surface in some CAD systems and two surfaces in others. Select the one or both to assign the outlet, as appropriate.
Click Apply.
