In this step, we examine the von Mises Stress values. We use a slice plane to provide a clearer view of the assembly parts.
1. Click von Mises from the Stress panel to display stress on the assembly.

2. To hide the rod eye, right-click on its entry in the Browser, and uncheck Visibility.
3. To create a slice plane, click Results Options > Slice Planes > Add Slice Plane > XY Plane.

4. To change the orientation of the plane, click Slice Planes > Flip.

5. To drag the slice plane through the assembly, click Slice Planes > Translate Parallel.

7. To delete the slice plane, expand the Presentations branch and the Slice Planes sub-branch. Right-click on XY Slice Plane, and click Delete.
