Most Pro/ENGINEER dialog boxes include options for switching between various views for files and their structure.
Select a File View in Pro/ENGINEER
Switch between views using the buttons.
- List View
: Display files as a flat list. - Design View
: Display files in assembly structure. - Uses View: Display all dependent files.
- Where View: Display all parent files.
Apply a Filter to a View
Filter in List View:

Show only files of the current active workspace. 
Show only files which are currently in session.
Filter based on relationship:
Dependent files 
Parent files
