To Assign a Report to a Feature Class Form

1. In AutoCAD Map 3D, open the project or the industry model drawing in which you created the report.
2. In the Industry Model explorer, display the form for the report.
3. On the form toolbar, click the Print icon.
4. Right-click the Report dialog box. Click Add Report.
5. Select your report from the Report Name list.
6. Click OK to save the report.
