You can apply styles to selected features or individual surfaces on a feature (for example, one side of a building).
To select multiple features, hold down the Ctrl key while you click the items.

The surface of the building turns green to indicate that it will receive the new style.
to display the Properties Palette. Styles that use 3D models are called instanced styles. You can import 3D models into style catalog through the Style Palette.
If you assign instanced styles to an imported feature, you can change the spacing and variance of the 3D models for those features. You can not adjust sketched features this way. However, if you sketch a tree area and substitute 3D models for the tree objects, you can adjust their spacing with a Density slider.
