Import Zero Degree Model

  1. Open Advanced Material Exchange.
  2. Import the structrual input file named bar_zero.inp (Start & Learn > Launch > Import Structural Model).
  3. Select units of Millimeters and click OK.
  4. Now import the Moldflow study file titled plaque.sdy (Start & Learn > Launch > Import Moldflow Model).
  5. Click Yes when prompted to use the interactive alignment tool.
  6. Enter 20 mm for TY and -38 mm for TZ and click Apply.
  7. Use your mouse to rotate the model and make sure the two parts are aligned properly. Click OK.
