Specify the start point of first axis.
Specify the endpoint of the first axis.
Specify the endpoint (length and rotation) of the second axis.
Specify the height of the cone.
Create a Frustum of a Solid Cone

Specify the center point of the base.
Specify the radius or diameter of the base.
At the Command prompt, enter

(Top radius). Specify the radius of the frustum face.
Specify the height of the cone.
Create a Solid Cone With Height and Orientation Specified by the Axis Endpoint

Find
Specify the center point of the base.
Specify the radius or diameter of the base.
At the Command prompt, enter
a
(Axis endpoint). Specify the endpoint and rotation of the cone.
This endpoint can be located anywhere in 3D space.
