To Add a Block to Be Used for Sheet View Callouts

1. Click Tools > Palettes > Project Manager.
2. In the Project Manager, open a Project.
3. On the Details panel for the project, click Callout Blocks. Click Manage.
4. In the Callout Blocks dialog box, do one of the following:
   • Click a block from the list of blocks to use as callouts on placed layouts.
   • Click the (+) Add button and specify a new block to be added to the list.
