To Change the Default Block Used for Sheet View Labels

1. Click Tools > Palettes > Project Manager.
2. In the Project Manager, open a Project.
3. On the Details panel for the project, click Callout Blocks. Click Manage.
4. In the Callout Blocks dialog box, select a block from the list of blocks as a default view label block.
