Using AMOFFSET, you can create new objects at a specified distance from existing objects or through specified points. This provides the ability to create concentric circles, parallel lines, and parallel curves.
The AMOFFSET command is like the AutoCAD OFFSET command, with the exception that with AMOFFSET you can create multiple objects at different distances from the selected object.
The AMOFFSETLAYMODE system variable controls on which layer the program creates new objects.
