Asset Tag
Create, place, and edit an asset tag on a published asset or imported model/assembly using a mini-toolbar.

Ribbon:
Factory tab

Component | Select the published asset or imported part/assembly you wish to tag. |
Geometry | Pick the location (face, edge, vertex, or work point) for the asset tag. |
Text Input Field | Enter one or more lines of alphanumeric text for the asset tag. |

Click the OK button to finish the command and create the asset tag. |

Click the Apply button to add an additional asset tag to a different asset or component. |

Click Cancel to cancel the command and close the mini-toolbar. |
Visibility
Displays a drop-down list to turn on/off the visibility of asset tags or descriptors, or both.

Descriptor | Activate/deactivate to turn on/off descriptor visibility. |
Asset Tag | Activate/deactivate to turn on/off asset tag visibility. |
Search
Displays a dialog box to search the current layout for all instances of asset tags or descriptors, or both.
