When an InfraWorks 360 Admin invites you join a design group, InfraWorks 360 displays a Pending Invitation notification on InfraWorksHome. It also sends you an email invitation. You can respond and join a group using the notification or the email invitation.
Respond and join from InfraWorksHome
- Click the Notice of a Pending Invitation to open the Manage Group Membership panel.
- Choose one of three options:
- Accept by clicking green checkmark.
- Decline by clicking red cross-mark.
You can leave a group after joining it by clicking X cross-mark.
- Do nothing at this time. The invitation remains active until an Admin removes you from the group.
Click the envelope icon to read the invitation again or see other email about this group.
Joining a group from an email invitation
- To accept the invitation and join the group, click the website URL.
InfraWorks 360 displays a welcome message. The next time you open InfraWorks you will be a member of this group.
