Install Revit on a Single Computer

To perform a stand-alone installation, use the following procedure.

To automate the installation of the software on multiple networked computers, see Revit Deployments.

Note: Revit LT does not support the use of deployments.

1. Prepare for installation, as follows:
   • Follow the guidelines in About Preparing for Installation.
   • Apply relevant service packs to the operating system.
   • Disable anti-virus software.
2. Start the Revit installation program.
