Move body with free drag

Move objects freely in any X, Y, and Z combination.

  1. On the ribbon, click 3D Model tab Modify panel Move Bodies .
  2. The default method is Free Drag. Select one or more bodies to move.
  3. When you finish selecting bodies, enter precise X, Y, and Z values for the move.

    Alternately, for an unconstrained move, click inside one of the value boxes for X, Y, or Z, and then click and drag the move preview image.

  4. To move the bodies and remain in the dialog box, click Apply. To move the bodies and exit the command, click OK.
