Connectors are used to provide a heat and resistance free connection between a runner system and the part, when the two do not meet ideally.
To create a connector between two points,
- Create a line between the two points using the
Create Line command, then Close the dialog. - Select the line you have just created, right-click on it, select
Properties, and choose Yes, when asked if you would like to assign new property. - Click New and select Connector from the menu. Add any comments that will help you document the project.
- Click OK twice to exit all dialogs.
