Fixing overlaps, intersections and aspect ratios automatically

The Auto Repair dialog allows you to adjust overlapping or intersecting elements and improve the aspect ratio of elements to produce a more robust mesh.

  1. Click Auto Repair (Mesh tab > Mesh Repair panel > Auto Repair).
  2. Click Apply Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight will process the mesh and list the number of repaired Intersections and Overlaps on the model.
