In the Industry Model Configuration dialog box you can add and remove models, manage attributes, define styles for the display of features, and manage details and callouts. You can add and delete custom attributes but you cannot delete preconfigured attributes. For more information about industry models see About Industry Models.
The Attributes tab displays all the attributes of a feature class, including feature, model, and computed attributes. Model attribute values are common to all features of a particular model. Feature attribute values are unique to each instance of feature. Computed attribute values are determined by the application.
A new row is added to the bottom of the Models table. Click each field in the row and provide information as needed. You can define many details about the model including a unique style for display and associated 3D part drawing and/or a detail drawing.
To remove a model, click the row selector at the far left of the row. Then click Remove A Row.
To modify attributes, click the field to modify and provide new information. Use the Visibility setting to control visibility of the attribute in Quick Info and Feature Info. Select Show, Hide, or select a rule. If you select a rule, the attribute is visible only if the selected rule applies to the feature.
To add a new attribute, click Add Custom Attribute and enter information. Click Remove Custom Attribute as needed.
