The ERP Management dialog box must be configured to establish communication between the Vault Professional server and the MSMQ DWF queue.
Users must have ERP Integrator permissions to perform ERP tasks.
Configure ERP
You must have Administrator permissions to test the MSMQ DWF Queue.
- Click Tools
ERP Integration. - In the ERP Administration dialog box:
- Enter the name of the message queue server on which item data is saved.
- Enter the ERP administrator username and password for the DMS server. This is assigned during the installation of DMS.
- Enter the DMS user password.
- Re-enter the DMS user password.
- Click Test Queue.
The Test MSMQ DWF dialog box displays the connection status.
- Click OK to save the settings. Note: If you cannot test the MSMQ successfully, contact the MSMQ system administrator.
