Elevation mark on plans

Use this dialog to define or modify an elevation mark style for plans.

To display the Elevation mark on plans dialog:

1. On the Styles of symbols dialog, for Symbol, select Elevation mark on plans
2. Click New or Modify.

Specify elevation mark on plans parameters:

• Under Graphic designation, define the type, color, and size of the symbol, and the thickness of the line

  • Leader - if you select this, the drawing will include a line that connects the ordinate with the elevation symbol on plans. It is active only for the symbols for which the describing the ordinate is beyond the symbol.

  • ‘+’ for a positive value - if you select this, the ‘+’ symbol will display when the value of a number in the elevation mark is greater than 0.

  • Skip ending zeros - if you select this, any zeros in decimal places at the end of a number will be ignored (for example, 12.23 will be displayed instead of 12.2300).

• Under Text, define style, color, and size of the text in the elevation mark. Also, you can select a unit of measure and the number precision (a number of decimal places)
• For Style name, enter a name for the elevation mark style, and click Add.
