After selecting Frames from the left panel of the Table printout manager dialog, the right part of the dialog displays as shown.
Specify the manner of table presentation:
- No separation between a header/footer and a table
- With a border line that separate the header and the footer from the table
- With headers and footers displayed in frames (you can specify a frame for any combination of footer, header, and table).
