Mark loose parts

This tool searches the entire model for loose parts (i.e. parts that leave the workshop without any connection to other parts). Any objects that are found are highlighted in red.

To access the command

Ribbon: Output > Part marks:

Command line: _AstM4CommStandaloneParts

To mark loose parts

1. Output tab, Part marks panel: Click .

• A window displays the number of found single parts.

1. Click OK.

• The loose parts are marked.

Note: Objects that were previously highlighted in red will be kept. To remove the highlight, first clear marked objects. See Unmark objects.
