You can transfer custom settings between computers with the same release of the product installed, or you can create a backup of your custom settings.
Do one of the following:
Windows 7: Click the Windows Start button (All) Programs Autodesk <product name> Migrate Custom Settings Export <product name> Settings.
Windows 8: On the Windows Start screen, right-click (or use the swipe up gesture from the bottom edge of the screen) and click All Apps. Scroll to the Autodesk section, and click <product name> Migrate Custom Settings Export <product name> Settings.
Windows 8.1: On the Windows Start screen, click the All Apps button located near the lower-left corner of the screen (or use the swipe up gesture from the bottom edge of the screen). Scroll to the Autodesk section, and click <product name> Migrate Custom Settings Export <product name> Settings.
In the Export Custom Settings dialog box, select the Include Custom Files in Networked Locations option if you have files in network locations that you want included in the transfer package that is created.
Click Export.
In the Export Custom Settings standard file selection dialog box, enter a name and specify a location for the transfer package. Click Save.
