To Chamfer a Corner and Dimension the Chamfer
You can automatically create chamfer dimensions when you chamfer a corner.

Distance

Find
On the ribbon, in the Chamfer Options panel, check the chamfer length values. To change the chamfer lengths:

Select a value for the first length.
Click

Second Chamfer drop-down

Find
Select a value for the second length.
Select
<Current tab>

Insert Dimension

Click an empty space in the drawing area.
Select the first line that forms the corner.
Select the second line that forms the corner, or press ENTER for polyline.
Press ESC to exit the command.
