Learn how to edit a subassembly that was created with Autodesk Subassembly Composer for Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D.
The following diagram explains the workflow for editing a subassembly.
| Open the PKT file | Use the menu bar to open an existing PKT file. |
| Modify subassembly parameters | Specify subassembly parameters in the settings and parameters panel. |
| Add geometry elements | Drag and drop geometry elements from the Tool Box onto the Flowchart. |
| Modify geometry elements | Select each geometry element from the Flowchart, and modify its parameters in the Properties panel. |
| Preview the geometry | Verify the geometry in the Preview panel. |
| Save the project | Use the menu bar to save the subassembly. |
