The Batch Explode feature on the Factory Assets drop-down menu ungroups or "explodes" nested blocks so that you can edit assets contained within them. Syncing to Inventor or Navisworks also automatically presents this option, allowing you to view and edit 3D models of the assets.
To use this feature, select Batch Explode from the Factory Assets drop-down menu on the Factory ribbon. If nested blocks containing Factory assets are found, a warning message appears. Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel, leaving the nested blocks intact.
