To merge proposals

You can merge multiple proposals into one proposal. The proposal or master that you merge with the current proposal remains unchanged.

After a merge, proposed features from the selected proposal appear in the current proposal.

  1. Click .
  2. Select a proposal from the drop-down list in the Proposals Manager.
  3. Click Merge Proposals.

    All proposals (other than the active proposal) are listed, including the master.

  4. Click the proposal (or master) to merge with the active proposal.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Note: All users can merge proposals into the master. However, only authors, publishers, and administrators can sync these changes to the cloud. Users assigned as Readers cannot sync merged proposals to the cloud. For more information, see To add users to a group and assign roles.
