Running an analysis on Windows OS

Make sure you have gone through this entire sequence of tasks in the Study Tasks pane, and made the appropriate adjustments before you start the analysis.
Note: Double click on each task to open the appropriate tool or dialog needed to complete that task. Each task is ready for analysis when a green tick Select Material, Analysis toolbar appears next to it.
  • Mesh, Mesh Manipulation toolbar or Mesh, Mesh Manipulation toolbar or Mesh, Mesh Manipulation toolbar Mesh
  • Alt + M, M Analysis Sequence
  • Select Material, Analysis toolbar Material
  • Set Injection Locations, Analysis toolbar Injection Locations
  • Process Settings, Analysis toolbar Process Settings
Before running an analysis, you should check the process settings and make any adjustments required, and make sure that every entry in the Study Tasks pane has a check mark against it.
  1. Click (Home tab > Analysis panel > Start Analysis) to run the analysis. As soon as the first set of intermediate results are available, they will be listed under the Results node in the Study Tasks pane. Select a plot to view the results.
