When you publish a model in the cloud, the default 3D view and all 2D sheets are published by default. Use the Publish Settings tool when you want to select and save one or more sets of views and sheets to publish to the cloud.
If another user has control over an element you want to save in a set, you can make a request to borrow the element. You cannot save the element in a set of views for the cloud until the request has been granted and you have loaded the other user's changes to it. See

- Click Collaborate tab
Manage Models panel
(Publish Settings).
- In the Publish Settings dialog, click the Set drop-down to select the set you want to work with.
- To duplicate a set, click
(Duplicate Set). Enter a name for the set, and click OK.
- To rename a set, click
(Rename Set). Enter a new name for the set, and click OK.
- To delete a set, click
(Delete Set). Click Yes to confirm.
- To create a new set, click
(New Set). Enter a name for the set, and click OK.
- Click the Show in List drop-down to filter the list of views and sheets.
- Click in the Search box and enter a search string to filter the list of views and sheets.
- Click the name of a view or sheet and click
to view it in a preview pane.
- Click Select All, Select None, or click the check boxes in the Include column to choose the views and sheets for the set.
Tip: Click the Include, Type, or Name headings to sort the list.
- Click Save Set & Close to save all changes to the sets.
Note: For a cloud workshared model, you must use the Synchronize with Central tool to update your changes, and use the Manage Cloud Models tool to publish the latest version of the model in the cloud.
