Apply the Surface Force

1. Click the Home icon that appears above and to the left of the ViewCube when the cursor is near it. The isometric view of the model is displayed.
2. Click the top, middle surface of the beam, as shown below.

   

3. Click Setup Loads Force.
   1. Type 250000 in the Magnitude field.
      Note: Keep the default load Direction (Normal).
   2. Click OK.
