All commands presented here are located in the SIMPLIFY panel.
Remove Features
Use SIMPLIFY
Remove Features to automatically or manually delete features from selected objects.
Command highlights:
- Cursor-based tooltips guide you through the process.
- Automatic feature selection is controlled by Feature Size and Features settings:
- Slide Feature Size to the right to include the larger candidate features.
- Use Manual features selection, with the slider setting, to complete the feature set for removal.
- Features that cannot be deleted display in red.
Remove Faces
Use SIMPLIFY
Remove Faces to manually select and delete faces.
Command highlights:
- Cursor-based tooltips guide you through the process.
- Neighboring faces are automatically deleted, as appropriate, to heal the model.
Replace with Primitives
Use SIMPLIFY
Replace with Primitives to replace selected objects with primitive shapes.
Command highlights:
- Cursor-based tooltips guide you through the process.
- Use the manipulators and dialog entry fields to set the Length and Radius values, as appropriate.
- To set dimensions, you can also click the dialog drop-down arrows and select dimensions, Measure, or Re-anchor.
