In this tutorial, we step through the meshing of the computer case shown in the following image. We perform a midplane mesh to represent the model with plate elements rather than brick elements. Plate elements provide very accurate bending results for thin structures.
The model is used in the subsequent Computer Case Static Stress Analysis tutorial.
