Conical folded plate dialog box
The options in this dialog box allow you to define the number of facets on each corner or quadrant and the plate thickness.
Facets per corner / quadrant
Defines the amount of facets.
Plate thickness
Defines the thickness of the folded plate.
Plate justification
Defines the reference for the thickness direction for all facets of the conical plate. Using the three buttons, the thickness can be changed from the bottom, center, or top of the plate.
Twisted folded plate dialog box
The options in this dialog box allow you to define the number of division points along the contours and the plate thickness.
Number of division points
Defines the number of division points along each of the two contours. The software creates triangular facets according to the selected contour shape and connects them as folded plates.
Plate thickness
Defines the thickness of the folded plate.
Plate justification
Defines the reference for the thickness direction for all facets of the twisted folded plate. Using the three buttons, the thickness can be changed from the bottom, center, or top of the plate.
Radius factor
Defines the fold radius according to the plate thickness. The value is a multiplication factor for the plate thickness. For example, for a 1.5 factor you will get a radius of 1.5*plate thickness.
