Creating a Job

Use Job Manager to create a job.

To create a job

  1. In the Industry Model Explorer, click to start Job Manager.
  2. Right-click Jobs and click Create Job.
  3. In the Create Job dialog box, select a job template and specify the properties for the job.
  4. Click OK.
  5. When prompted to select the job perimeter, click Yes if you work with perimeters.

    You can skip this step now and create job perimeters later.

  6. In Job Manager, expand JobsJob StatesOpen.

    The new job is listed.

  7. Expand the new job to see which topics and feature classes it contains.
